“ Good place for brunch! I went with two friends on a Saturday morning. It was a bit crowded, but we got a table quickly. What I ordered: Nancy’s French Toast with fresh berries. It was pretty good—the berries were very fresh and flavorful, not overly sweet, which I appreciated. Service: Very friendly. We felt welcomed by the older man who greeted us as soon as we walked in. The Venue: A cozy, simple place with indoor seating. Parking: Yes. Prices: Reasonably priced. Features: They offer unlimited fresh ground coffee from the bar. I’d rate this place five stars because, while the decor isn’t anything special, the food is solid. What really stands out is the excellent balance of price, quality, and flavor. ”
“ I was beginning to worry that Charleston had lost its hold on hospitality and good food, after several days of bad both elsewhere. Sunrise Bistro has restored my love. The kindest, sweetest, most wonderful attentive waitress ever! The food was fantastic especially the crab cake Benedict (MD crabcake style). My daughters loved the avocado toast, and lemon blueberry waffle. So happy I found this gem. Really surprised we could walk in and be seated considering its great location and amazing attributes. ”

The omelettes and salmon bagels are our favourites Best of all is the service. They treat you like family here. Lillah is awesome and a mind reader might I add. “ We were in town for a baseball tournament and looking for a good local breakfast spot and Google showed us a few of the top spots in Mt. Pleasant. We chose Sunrise Bistro and it didn't disappoint. It was reasonably priced, had a fantastic local vibe, and the food was AMAZING!!!! We had the Mediterranean open-faced omelet and added bacon & eggs your way and a side of breakfast potatoes. Both excellent! And... a BONUS... A COFFEE BAR!! I love coffee so I got to try a few and they were all incredible. The Colombian Brew was my favorite. The waiter (Nate) was GREAT! - He was attentive and on point! The greeter was friendly on the way in and the way out. Will definitely be back next time we are in Mt. Pleasant! ”
“ Delicious breakfast for a crowd. Server was very attentive. Coffee is self serve and unlimited for 3, 3-4 brews to choose. Had the lox and bagel which came assembled. My Everything bagel was HUGE and included more cream cheese than I needed but perfectly balanced. They do have an egg surcharge posted on the table, so plan for that. Noise level in the restaurant was perfect for conversation. Seems they get a lot of regulars and know them by name which tells me food is good for repeat locals. ”

“ Brunch was amazing here! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. I had the shrimp and grits and I would rank these at the top of the list for Charleston. My mom had the Farmers open face omelet and loved it! My daughter had the lox bagel and said it was amazing! Overall we would HIGHLY recommend this place and will absolutely be back! ”
